Thaos sushi began in 2007 but quickly outgrew it's
original branding. Rebranding also came with the
challenge of a remodel to transition in a more
intimate and sophisticated restaurant.
To guarantee fresh and high quality ingredients the menu
was reduced to a much simpler menu. The rebrand was to mirror this direction by being dark, simple, and upscale.
The color palette focused heavily on
charcoals and blacks with red accents.
